Faulty techwood silver 42 ?

hi.this has been an absolute great tv but has developed a fault where it takes a while to come on but when it does the screen is perfect.for all i know it a simple fix and someone even said its possibly just needs a new cable.no control.i just changed chanel with the box.maybe use for spares?shame to throw out.the pic is a google pic but thats the tv.
